Residents can raise neighbourhood worries directly with officers when the Leamington South Safer Neighbourhood Team holds a Natter Table at Whitnash Civic Centre on Wednesday 15 July. The session runs from 10:00 to midday on Acre Close, giving people an informal way to chat with police about issues affecting their area.

The event comes as Leamington South has made illegal tobacco and vape sales, along with illegal e-scooter use, its priority issues. These were set on 1 July and run through to 30 September. The Safer Neighbourhood Team draws on officers and PCSOs based in the ward, supported by wider Warwick District resources under Inspector Edward Box. Sergeant Trent McMurray leads the local team, which includes PCs Sandeep Heer and James Lake, plus PCSOs Aisha Bacon, William Dale and Jacqueline Hill.
The Natter Table is one of several regular surgeries the team runs to stay visible and accessible. A Coffee Morning follows on 21 July at the Sports and Social Club, with further sessions planned at community hubs and medical centres across the town throughout August.
