A free antiques and vintage fair is returning to The Pantiles in Royal Tunbridge Wells this August, bringing around 35 outdoor dealers to the historic Georgian colonnade. Organised by Love Fairs, the two-day event runs on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 August 2026, with stalls open from 10.30am to 4pm each day. A vintage singer will provide live entertainment throughout the weekend, and entry remains completely free for all visitors.

The fair is aimed at both retail shoppers and trade buyers, with antiques and vintage items spread across the open-air stalls. Permanent dealers inside The Pantiles Arcade, including scottishantiques.com and Hope and Glory vintage toys, will also be open, adding to the range on offer. The event is sponsored by Tunbridge Wells Together and follows a June 2026 edition, continuing the roughly twice-yearly pattern Love Fairs has established at the venue since 2024.

The Pantiles, with its colonnaded walkways and independent shops, already hosts major events such as its Food, Gin and Jazz festivals, which draw thousands of visitors. Past antiques fairs at the site have featured celebrity valuations, with antiques expert Eric Knowles appearing at earlier editions. For this August weekend, organisers have confirmed only the vintage singer as entertainment, with no celebrity valuer announced.

Visitors arriving by car can use the postcode TN2 5TN and will find paid parking nearby, though it is left at owners’ risk. Tunbridge Wells Rail station is an eight-minute walk away, and the venue sits close to M25 junction 5 and the A21. Cash machines are not available directly on The Pantiles, but several can be found on the High Street less than a minute’s walk from the colonnade. Numerous cafés, bars and restaurants along The Pantiles offer outdoor seating and refreshments throughout the fair. Love Fairs can be reached on 01293 690777 for further details.
