Sittingbourne FC is set to host its annual youth football tournament at The Staxson Stadium in Sittingbourne, Kent, on 4 July and 5 July 2026. The event is expected to be one of the largest youth sports gatherings in the region this summer, bringing together hundreds of young players and their families to the ground locally known as “The Brickies.”

The competition will begin on Saturday 4 July 2026 with matches for Under-7s and Under-13s in the morning session. According to official club news, the afternoon will feature games for Under-9s, Under-12s, and a dedicated category for Under-10 Girls.

On Sunday 5 July 2026, the tournament continues with Under-8s and Under-11s playing in the morning, followed by Under-10s and Under-12s in the afternoon. For these matches, Sittingbourne FC has confirmed that the youngest age groups (Under-7s and Under-8s) will play five-a-side football, while all other categories will use a seven-a-side format.

Registration for the tournament is currently open, though club officials have noted that spaces are filling up fast. Local teams looking to participate can secure their spot by contacting the organiser, Andrew, via email at [email protected].
