A vibrant food and drink festival is landing in Langley this month, bringing live entertainment, market stalls, and children’s activities to Slough & Langley College. EEL Association has organised BURRP! The Gastronomical Food and Drinks Festival for Sunday, 26 July, and expects more than a thousand visitors from Slough and Greater London to attend.

The college on Station Road will open its grounds from 11 AM to 8 PM, with entry free for everyone who registers. The day mixes a row of international food stalls with live music, a dedicated children’s area, and trader slots that are still being filled.

This is the first time the festival has come to Slough. For several years EEL Association ran BURRP at Hainault Recreation Ground in Ilford, most recently over a two‑day stretch in late July 2025. The shift to Windsor Forest Colleges Group marks the event’s expansion into Berkshire. Previous editions featured chef demonstrations, funfair rides, a fitness zone, and multi‑cuisine dishes from around the region.

EEL Association produces community gatherings across London and the South East, including Eid Shopping Festival and Diwali events, alongside regular food and networking fairs. Organisers describe the Slough date as a chance to highlight the local food scene while giving families an outdoor summer outing.
