Visitors to the Slough Ice Arena in Berkshire will need to find alternative parking starting Monday, 16 March 2026, as the main car park closes for maintenance.

The entrance to the car park will shut at 5:00 am to allow for essential improvement works on the site. Management is advising regular users to plan their journeys in advance to avoid disruption during the day.

According to Everyone Active, the arena will remain open for people using the ice rink, the gym, and the ‘Clip ‘n Climb’ climbing wall. Staff recommend that guests use the parking facilities at the nearby Salt Hill Activity Centre instead.

The site, which is owned by Slough Borough Council, is undergoing the repairs as part of ongoing efforts to maintain the facility. The arena has been a key part of the local community since it was significantly updated in 2018.
