The Playing The Field Festival is returning to Silverlake Stadium in Eastleigh this month, bringing a variety of live music and entertainment to the area over the bank holiday weekend. The event, which takes place on 23 May and 24 May 2026, features a mix of live performances, international street food, and family-oriented activities.

The festival organisers have announced a lineup that includes headline acts such as Razorlight, The Fratellis, Pendulum, Sigala, Chesney Hawkes, and Dougie Poynter. The event is held at Silverlake Stadium, the home of Eastleigh Football Club.

The first day of the festival on 23 May is designed for families and includes entertainment such as a circus school, a fun fair, character meet and greets, and a Mad Science Show. Attendees can also access a variety of street food stalls and craft bars throughout the weekend.

The second day on 24 May shifts focus to an electronic music event, which is restricted to those aged 18 and over. This portion of the programme features various drum and bass acts across multiple stages.

Residents should note that a separate event, the Country Road Festival, is also being held at the same venue later this year on 1 August 2026.
