The Southampton Business Expo will bring hundreds of local professionals together at St Mary’s Stadium on Thursday, 7 May 2026, to help companies in Southampton and across Hampshire find new opportunities to grow. The event provides a platform for regional firms to showcase their services and is free for visitors to attend to connect with new customers and partners.

Between 250 and 300 people are expected to attend the showcase, which features an exhibition hall and educational seminars. Organisers have confirmed that entry is free for all visitors as long as they register for tickets through Eventbrite before the event begins.

The day will include dedicated speed networking sessions hosted by the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce to help attendees meet many new contacts in a short amount of time. Local experts are also set to give talks, including marketing specialist Gemma Warren and sales growth expert Jeff Shrimpton.

These sessions will cover practical topics such as how to improve marketing strategies and how to reach higher sales targets. By hosting the event at the home of Southampton Football Club, the organisers aim to create a central hub where small business owners can learn from experts and discover new innovations within the local community.
