Sunderland City Council has added a new Paw Party family event for February 24, 2026, at the STACK Seaburn leisure hub in Tyne and Wear. This gathering is intended to give parents and children a low-cost activity to enjoy together during the school half-term break.

The event will run from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM and features activities based on the popular Paw Patrol characters from Adventure Bay. Children can take part in high-energy dancing and interactive games themed around rescue dogs at the seafront venue.

Tickets for similar children’s activities at the shipping-container social hub are typically priced at around £1.50 per child, while adults often attend for free. Because the venue is dog-friendly, families are welcome to bring their own pets along to the party.

According to MySunderland, this event is part of a plan to encourage more people to use local community spaces and visit the seafront. The party helps build interest in the city’s events calendar before the hosting of the BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend in May 2026.
