Torquay Comic Con is returning to the Riviera International Centre on Sunday, 2 August 2026, bringing a full day of pop culture, gaming, and cosplay to the English Riviera. Creed Conventions, the company behind the event, has confirmed a line-up of celebrity guests, trader stalls, and a cosplay competition with prizes, running from 10am to 4pm.

Entry costs £9 for a standard adult ticket, while children can get in for £5. Early bird tickets are priced at £12, and a family pass covering two adults and up to two children is available for £25. On-the-door tickets cost the same as online standard prices, though the venue warns that space is limited. Fans hoping to meet the stars face-to-face can book dedicated meet-and-greet packages, which range from £15 to £35 depending on the celebrity. Organisers stress that under-15s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, and children under 12 need constant supervision.

This marks the second consecutive summer that Creed Conventions has staged a Comic Con at the Riviera International Centre, following an inaugural event on the same date last year. The venue, which sits on Chestnut Avenue overlooking the coastline, is already a fixture for large-scale gatherings, with upcoming slots for a LEGO festival and various conferences on its calendar. The convention itself will span comics, movies, TV, anime, and gaming, with displays described as “out of this world” and traders selling collectibles.

Confirmed guests include Chris Barrie, Colin Baker, Lisa Colman, Hattie Hayridge, and Dani Harmer. Tickets can be bought through the dedicated Eventbrite page run by the organisers.
