Devon and Cornwall Police are appealing for help to locate 32-year-old Dillon Feeney, who is wanted on a mandatory recall to prison after breaching the licence conditions of his release. The appeal was issued by the force on January 30, 2026, and asks people in Torquay to report any sightings of him.
Feeney is known to frequent Torquay town centre, particularly the Fleet Street and Union Street areas.
Devon and Cornwall Police have warned the public not to approach Feeney if they see him. If you see him, call 999 immediately to report his location to the authorities.
According to local court records published by Devon Live, Feeney was convicted on March 17, 2025, for assault by beating on Fleet Street and for assaulting an emergency worker; he was also recorded as drunk and disorderly in Union Street.
