Dr Aneeta Hussain, a long-serving partner at The Red Practice in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, will retire from the surgery at the end of March 2026. The announcement was made on 12 March 2026, marking the end of her career of nearly 25 years serving local residents.
Dr Hussain first joined the medical team as a partner in August 2001. During her time at the surgery, she has supported the community through various healthcare changes and has become a well-known figure for many families in the area.
Patients who wish to leave a personal message of thanks for Dr Hussain can do so in a message book at the surgery reception. The book will be available for residents to sign until Tuesday 24 March 2026.
The surgery is based at the Walton Health Centre on Rodney Road and continues to serve the local population. Residents are encouraged to check for further updates from the practice regarding their future care and appointments following the retirement.
