Families in Washington looking for local activities this Easter will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of free events at The Galleries on Saturday 4 April 2026.
The shopping centre is hosting an Easter Bunny meet and greet from 11am to 3pm, giving children a chance to meet the character. This will be followed at 4pm by a giveaway featuring chocolate and prizes. Throughout the day, from 11am to 3pm, the centre will also run a Spring Crafts Workshop where children can decorate Easter eggs, create bunny ears, and build their own spring baskets to take home.
In addition to the one-day events, the centre is launching a Monster Trail that runs throughout the school holidays from Saturday 4 April to Sunday 19 April 2026. Families can search the centre to find eight hidden monsters. The trail is designed to encourage empathy, generosity, and positivity through an interactive story, with prizes available for participants.
These activities are part of the centre’s ongoing efforts to offer community-focused entertainment for residents. Managed by LCP, which is part of M Core, The Galleries continues to host regular family-friendly events as part of its role in the community.
