Watford FC head coach Ed Still is waiting to see if forwards Othmane Maamma and Kwadwo Baah will be fit to play in the match against Ipswich Town in Watford, Hertfordshire, on February 24, 2026. The club medical staff are currently checking both players to see if they can take part in the game at Vicarage Road.

Both Maamma and Baah picked up small injuries during a 2-0 win against Derby County on Saturday, February 21, 2026. Coach Still, who joined the club earlier this month, said he does not want to take any risks with the health of the two attacking players.

Othmane Maamma is a key part of the team and was named the best player at the U-20 World Cup in October 2025. His teammate Kwadwo Baah is also an important player for the group, known for his power and speed on the wings.

The club is also dealing with several other injury problems at the moment. Midfielder Hector Kyprianou and forward Rocco Vata are both expected to be out of action for a long time following surgeries on an ankle and a hamstring.

The match is important for the local team as they look to move up from 9th place in the league table. A win would help Watford FC get closer to the top positions currently held by teams like Ipswich Town, who are in 4th place.
